Dale is the company Managing Director. He first registered the business in 1995 and using his knowledge and skills made it what it is today. Dale is now retired and is enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Isle of Man.
Lee is our director and has been with Dale Stephenson Limited for over 20 years. Lee ensures the smooth day to day running of the business. Away from the office Lee is a football coach and an active member of the Ryburn United Committee
Jeff is our Estimator and he has worked for Dale Stephenson Limited for over 15 years. He is in charge of the school and commercial property refurbishments. When not in the office Jeff can be found spending time with his grandchildren (and then recovering in the pub!)
Lucy is our Office Manager and has been with the company since 2001 she started in an admin role and progressed to Office Manager/Company Secretary. Out of the office Lucy can be found walking places all over the UK or dreaming up her next daft idea to raise money for charity!
Darren is our Contracts Manager, he joined us in 2002 and after working on site as a skilled plumber/site foreman, he now manages sites for our larger contractors. When he isn't organising everyone on site, he can be found at either a football or rugby match with his boys.
Paula is our Account Manager and the most recent addition to the team, she has been proven to be able to handle anything that is needed in order to meet our clients needs. When she isn't working, Paula loves spending time with her family or burying her nose in a good book.
