Our basic principle is to:
- Achieve 100% servicing of gas appliances each year
- Maintain a database of servicing/repair activity
- Follow regulation requirements, Gas Safe advice and other good practice
- Operate a customer friendly servicing process in order to encourage maximum efficiency
- Achieve a rapid response to repairs i.e. Urgent within 2 hours and non-urgent within 24 hours
- Emergency out of hours service as per contract requirements
It is a legal requirement for landlords to have all of their gas appliances in rented properties safety tested by a Gas Safe Registered engineer every 12 months
Our engineers are qualified to carry out gas safety inspections and issue certificates.
Landlords Gas Safety Checks are £42.54 + VAT regardless of the number of appliances.
